Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Returns for non-quality issues are not accepted. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping is at your expense. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at koreanonease@outlook.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please use a courier and provide the tracking number.
Refund Process
Refunds (excluding delivery costs) will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the return. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Consumer Complaints - Faulty Product
If your item is defective, you are entitled to request a replacement or price reduction. Complaints must be made within 7 days of noticing the defect, and before the warranty period expires. We will respond within 7 days of receiving your complaint.
